I’ve always been treated with kindness during my visits and this visit was nothing short of that. They really value their customers and it shows in how they handle unfortunate and expensive situations. I’m so grateful I stumbled across these hardworking men and women and will continue to see them with all of my car needs as long as I can!

They will honestly tell you of any problems and identify if the repair is suggested and whether it is critical or can be done at a later time. They will also honor the warranty of their work..

Their business hours are 8-6, but when I arrived at 4:30 pm they said not available, they advised me to make an appointment next Monday. i left and went to another store at 5pm, they also only work until 6pm but they did it for me immediately and no appointment needed, I will never try this store again.

Hung We apologize that we were not able to meet your expectations in terms of completing the work you requested by the end of our business day. As I understand it, you had requested an oil change and a State of TX annual inspection. In addition to these 2 services, our standard policy is to also perform our complimentary Vehicle Health Inspection (VHI) for each of our customers. Unfortunately, the time required for us to properly complete all of these services was not going to be feasible given vehicles in the shop that we were already working on and that we had promised to other customers by the end of the day. That is the reason we recommended that you consider setting an appointment so that we could manage our schedule effectively in order to provide you with the speed of service that you were seeking. If you change your mind in the future, we would welcome the opportunity to help you maintain or repair your vehicle.

This is my second time going to Honest-1 Auto Care and both times has been amazing. I am usually skeptical of Car shops because they will be good for the first appointment and then after that they start to name stuff thats wrong with the car. I am mechanically inclined and know about my car so I only take my car to shop if needed. Inspection/alignment etc. Other shops will also hit you little stuff to replace. I now trust Honest-1 Auto care so I scheduled an alignment because I just replaced the struts on my mom in laws car 2003 Corolla. Honest-1 keep up the great work.
