Took my car in today for service. The technician Justin K quickly diagnosed the issue. I received a detailed diagnosis via text. I called and spoke with Kyle he was so friendly and helpful giving costs and setting the expectation that the part won’t arrive until Monday. I also spoke with Ryan who was also very kind and helpful. Much to my surprise I got a call at 5 pm to let me know not only did they get the part but the car was ready for pickup. Thanks so much for awesome customer service and helping me return home safely and on original schedule!

I searched on google about a Texas Vehicle Inspection service provider and happened to be close to Honest-1 Auto Care. Not only my inspection was done very quickly, I got direct input about Honest-1 by watching the manager working with other customers and they do offer a great service. I am using them from now on!
