I was pleasantly surprised that I could get a diagnosis and repair for my Ford F-150 on a Saturday morning. The majority of car repair shops are closed Saturdays. The service manager was very helpful and efficient in getting my vehicle repaired within a very short time. I definitely will use Honest-1 when I need auto repair service in the future.

Just like their name, they are honest! They went out of their way to help me with an issue that had nothing to do with them!

I don't leave reviews, but the service was great and the cost was more competitive than a major chain's cost. If any other repairs are required, this will be one of the first locations that I call for sure. The service advise, courtesy, & timely repairs were on point.

This is a nice clean shop with knowledgeable people who work hard to get things right.

I thought by the name it might be different but it was just like other oil change places or dealers who do maintenance, always trying to up sell filters or something. An advertised oil change goes from $40 to potentially $300 plus.
