Best auto repair experience I have had in a long time! Not only was the original estimate less than what I expected, I walked out paying less than I was quoted! They took the extra time to pull an online coupon for me and got some of my parts replaced under warranty. They didn't try to up sell me on filters or fluids or whatever. True customer service! I will take my car here for all of my maintenance and repair needs.

My experience with this company was very good. They were very thorough and explained all of the charges to me so I could understand. Brandon was especially helpful and friendly. My over all experience was very good, and I would definitely go back there if I had any problems with my car.

WOW what an awesome experiencing. I had put off having the repairs due to rental time and the hassles of all the paperwork. Brandon Begin left a note on my car showing how they would help make the repairs seamless for me. To my surprise everything was done in a very professional manner. They brought me the rental car first, finished the repairs, and the insurance claim then brought me my car looking brand new.

Very nice on the inside. Fast service.... They send you a detailed assessment in terms you can understand, in advance as well, before you agree to the work. Which is nice. Thank you!

This place is AWESOME! I have used them twice and both times I have been treated with respect and honesty. They simply but clearly explain all options, while respectfully doing the best they can to stay in budget. As a woman it is easy to feel taken advantage of in regards to car issues, but that is NOT the case at Honest 1. They are respectful of your time as well and the waiting room is comfortable and clean. I highly recommend this auto care shop for all your car needs!

Brandon and Justin are both great to work with. The place is spotless clean, provides free refreshment and wifi, not at all what I am used to in car inspection. Very Nice. We will bring all our cars here from now on.

This was the second time for me to use Honest 1. Both times I have been treated respectfully and honestly about my options. My car would not start and required a towing to ther shop. They guided me on who to call and then I was able to have that cost placed on my total bill. This all happened on a late Friday afternoon and my car was finished by mid afternoon Saturday. They saved me lots of money compared to the dealership. Brandon reviewed everything with me and helped me to prioritize what was most important to stay in my tight budget. This is my “go-to” auto repair shop and I can’t recommend enough!
