I had heard good things about other Honest 1 stores, so I brought my Honda van there for brake work. They showed me pics of my actual worn out brake pads and grooved, worn rotors so I knew I really needed new ones ( and was not being ripped off!). Impressive facility: clean and comfortable for waiting. Nice and helpful staff. Reasonable prices.

Brandon and his team were amazing and truly took care of me and my vehicle. They all went above and beyond with not only their service to my vehicle, but their hospitality as well. In just a few short hours, they gained a customer for life!

By far the best place to come for car maintenance!! The sales advisors are awesome and so friendly!! Huge waiting area with complimentary refreshments and snacks! They also have a place for kids to play!!

Great friendly staff. I brought in three vehicles for State Inspection (one at a time) in one day. They got to me in a relatively short time for each vehicle. Their waiting room was comfortable and clean with free refreshments offered. The only con I can think of was the fact that my truck had the brake light above the cab burned out and I agreed for them to replace the bulb. This is a job I could have done in less than 10 minutes for the cost of the bulb, but that would mean having to come back for re-inspection, so I elected to have them do it while there. It turned out to be a very pricey decision, but in their defense I am sure they followed the standard labor rate book. This is not so unusual, but I am not a fan. Would have preferred they were up front with me about the cost, and I would have elected to fix it myself and come back instead of costing me 15 times the price of the bulb. Overall, this place is a good place to come for inspections, just be wary if anything needs fixing.

Excellent service and very clean and friendly shop. Brandon does a wonderful job making sure everything is explained and is very courteous and professional.

I notice a relatively new shop in the area so I decided to try them out. Great place trustworthy for sure. I came in for a simple oil change they got me in and out within 30min top off my fluids and they perform a courtesy inspection. Straight forward on time and what’s wrong with my car I like the fact that they actually walk me out to the shop and explain what was going on with my car. Thanks Brando and team I would be back

My recent visit to Honest 1 in McKinney was wonderful experience! My family is traveling from Texas to Colorado on vacation this summer and my Honda Odyssey van was in need of maintenance before our trip. I took my vehicle to Honest 1 to get a complete checkup. Very clean shop with state of the art equipment. The employees were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The waiting area was very comfortable and accommodating with complimentary refreshments. One thing that really impressed me was when the technician named Justin sent me a text of my Vehicle Condition Report. He sat down and walked me through the digital report showing me photos of my vehicle and visuals for me to see for myself the actual condition. And I forwarded the digital report to my wife to view too. It was broken down into 3 categories: items ok, service suggested, and service required. I appreciated the attention to detail and the no pressure approach. Leaks and wear and tear were discovered. They offered me a shuttle ride while the repairs were being done, however I stayed in the waiting area and connected to free wifi on my laptop. I sat in a comfortable leather chair and the lady across from me watched tv and sat with her dog in the waiting area. We leave next Thursday for our vacation and I feel better and much safer about driving my family the long distance. I feel like Honest 1 delivered quality service and I highly recommend this location.

Honest-1Auto Care did a phenomenal job with my service appointment! I went in for an oil change, but they recommended the changing of my air filters and the technician not only explained why I should do this (in plain terms that I could understand), but he also showed me what was wrong with the ones currently in my vehicle!! The environment is very inviting & you can see exactly what they're doing to your car!! AND they leave a little bag of Cheez-it's on your seat😊

These guys are absolutely honest and do a great job! Tried them for the first time on my BMW (check engine light and emissions test) and Range Rover (cooling). I will bring all my family cars to their care from now on. If you live in or near McKinney, give them a try.
